Panda Express - Sandusky
Panda Express
Description
Panda Express at Cedar Point elicits a spectrum of opinions, with patrons praising generous portions and delicious meals while lamenting inconsistent service. While some diners report friendly interactions and prompt responses, others describe rude and distracted staff, who frequently engage with their phones instead of customers. Menu limitations often frustrate expectations, with several out-of-stock items noted, including staples like sweet and sour chicken. Despite the mixed reviews on service, many still appreciate the quick meal options, making it a popular choice for visitors, albeit one that would benefit from improved staff professionalism and menu management.

My order was wrong again the rice was totally dry, I specifically asked for soy sauce extra please nothing again! They do not know how to get order correctly! The manager said (sounded like a 4th grader) they apologized but didn’t try to make it better next time! They don’t know how to run a business and they don’t work well with customers awful place food suck they keep making really dry rice and always leave something out of order!!
The workers on 10/22 were the absolute rudest workers I have ever encountered in my life. The staff was flat out mean to the parents trying to get their kids food, rolling their eyes at customers, and YELLING in peoples faces. Making comments of “I’m done with this” and “so ready for this to be over”. I was seriously appalled at their behavior and now know to avoid this restaurant at the park.
The food at this restaurant is amazing and the portions are very generous. The service is exceptional. In my opinion, this is the top restaurant at Cedar Point. The staff treated our kids very well.
