Sal's New York Pizza In Virg

Great local pizza shop. By far the best pizza in Virginia Beach ! You gotta try their veggie one. Yum! Staff is incredible and the cheesecake is to die for!

I would rate this 3.5 if possible. I had not visited since they reopened. We used to stop in for a slice on occasion. I recall the pizza being much better years ago. The vegetables on my deluxe pizza were diced instead of sliced. Maybe they were all along , as I said, it has been a while. The taste wasn't anything special. The garlic knots were pretty good. I did like being able to order pizza by the slice. That is a plus! I will say that they have a lot of other selections on the menu. The service was great. They are the type of restaurant where they form relationships with their regulars...down home feel. I would recommend giving them a try. If I return, I will not get pizza again.

It used to be the best. However, after the fire it’s just not the same. I keep trying to give them multiple chances and the accuracy is never there anymore. I won’t try again.

The food here is very good and the stromboli is amazing it reminds me of the pizzeria I used to go back in Queens NY

Great food, good service, and man, these guys are fast.highly recommended. Can't go wrong in this place! Remember you pay for what you get and its quality so you can't beat quality
