My Mom and I went through the drive-through, the food was nearly in-edible, and customer service wasn't terrible but could have been better.Both my mom and I ordered Classic Roasts when we received them and parked. we unwrapped the sandwiches. My Mom and I went through the drive-through, the food was nearly in-edible, and customer service wasn't terrible but could have been better.Both my mom and I ordered Classic Roasts when we received them and parked. we unwrapped the sandwiches. There were holes in the roast beef, which usually happens when you have cooked it for too long. We also ordered a medium curly fry to share. You could tell they re-dipped them, They were a good temperature when we received them, but they were hard, almost rock solid, and couldn't eat them. This was a waste of time and money. Saddest Arby's we have been to.
It's the expected Arby's experience. Clean tables, good food (I had the roast beef with curly fries); and great service

The whole saying where’s the meat is truly something. I went and got sliders they were great but bite size not like the other ones I use to get. Fries were cold and old barley could eat them!
Nice greeting, very kind and professional..My roast beef sandwich was cut very thick and made my roast beef taste like rubber.. the person with me had the same problem and the roast was very dark in color.. I did not eat the food I paid for..However the team was kind and fast and very efficient! I'll most likely go back but probably not for roast again..
