What Carmel O doesn't like about Miracle Mile Cafe:
Not sure why it had high ratings………But……The restaurant started off as a 5 and by the time I was finished it’s a 1….! Waiting for my mom to come out of surgery I decided to eat somewhere different while I waited. My friend and I searched on Google and she landed here at this place. We always like to eat outside because we bring our 7-year-old well-mannered dog Skeeter. She always gets her own bowl of water, and occasionally, we splurge and order a pup-a-chino. That simply a very small saucer with a little bit of whipped cream as her dessert. We humans had the daily special chicken piccata.
We had a great brunch. The food is top notch, yet it feels like an old school diner. A nice tip: if you order a cappuccino, they will refill you with coffee at no charge.
Wow! Que rico. Cinnamon pancake was amazing. Chilaquiles were perfect, crisp and spicy. The service was the best I have had in a long time. Despite it being busy, the wait time is minimal and we received constant attention. Too bad I don't live closer, or I would be here every week.
My friends really liked what they ordered: Cinnamon pancakes, pulled pork sandwich, mocha. I had ordered a Gluten free chicken sandwich which was really bad. The chicken was fine I guess, but the bread was very very soggy and just felt apart. The bread was very bad. My friend had also ordered the same sandwich without the gf option, his bread was fine but the sandwich wasn't anything special. Would not recommend the gf option!
The chilaqillas and huevos rancheros were the best I’ve ever had. Cinnamon roll pancakes are heaven and the coffee was so good.
