What User likes about Scialla:
it is rare to find a menu in puglia that has not been passed on by generations. these young have learned clearly their trade away from home and have a varied menu. they can not be deducted from the description of almost food. it is served real eating. on real dishes (warm teller also), with real cutlery and table service. a look at the pie work for the beer oumps and they will find that the owners are perfectionists....
