Hungry Grouper - San Pedro

This restaurant is a lovely little spot by the marina. The waitstaff were knowledgeable about vegan options and were friendly and polite. We were seated quickly, the food was fresh, and the service was excellent. We ordered a hearty vegetable plate with coconut rice and a flavorful vegetable plate with the same. We were informed that all the rice dishes were vegan and made with vegetable butter. Both dishes were fresh and tasty. The restaurant sources its vegetables daily from the Belize market, with a selection including broccoli, green beans, carrots, and zucchini. The food was always cooked to order and delicious!

We tried the vegetable curry with coconut-infused vegetables and it was delicious. The watermelon juice was also very refreshing.
