Agriturismo Montalto - SAN MINIATO

Fantastic experience. Excellent food (fixed menu, changing every day based on home made recipes and local ingredients. Top location, looking over the valley and with a lot of space, green (great for families with kids!! . Super friendly and engaging staff owners of the agriturismo...and their family. Really a great dinner and evening! Bit difficult to find (use GPS! and rocky road to get there, but more than worth the trip....

Stay in agriturismo for two nights, but the restaurant was only one of them open. in the night when the restaurant was closed, the personal was really helpful and accepted to take pizza. in the second night in the restaurant. eating, wein and service were amazing. not much more to say. local eating, homemade weeping and beautiful outsight makes the experience even better.

Super local source eat nicely cooked and very good weine from the annoying and local wine gardens.

Amazingly consistent quality food cooked by Cinzia and served by Alessandro. The typical Tuscan dishes were really impressive. We tried to recreate some of them on our return to the UK but failed dismally...

We were a big group and alessandro pampered us with wonderful antipasti, amazing pasta and a fantastic totecca fiorentina. the tiramisu wasn't that bad either!
