Chipotle Mexican Grill - San Mateo

I love coming to this one. They always give you your money's worth of food.

I just ate the best tasting, healthiest 1300 calories for $10. Chipotle has become a hidden gem again! No lines, plenty of seats. The food is bomb!

What I like about the server the young lady was so nice she did exactly the way I wanted it prepared sometimes you get people with a funny look on their faces if they want you to eat they way but she did exactly what I wanted and did a little bit extra and it was great that's a great attitude and makes you want to come back

In my experience, out of the last 100 visits, the restaurant has been late approximately 20 times and has forgotten an item about 5 times. I would advise against placing online orders under a female or nonbinary name, as you may receive less (unfortunately). I typically only order bowls or salads because they offer the best value, but recently I've noticed that the guacamole portions have been reduced and it's not as worth it anymore. Overall, the service is decent and they are willing to provide refunds under valid circumstances.

The food at this restaurant is the standard Chipotle fare. It was strange that they were out of Diet Coke and napkins. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I witnessed the manager handle a difficult customer with professionalism. Well done.
