The Habit Burger Grill - San Marcos

I got ranch with my fries and ordered an extra so I apos;d have two and they only brought the one I paid for which was disappointing. Other than that I ordered the fries crispy and maybe they were im not sure but they weren apos;t crispy by the time they got here. The Sweet Potato Fries Fries the sweet potato fries specifically are so good. The Charburger was amazing. I asked for ketchup and didn apos;t get any tho but it was still so good.

Second time ordering the Family Char meal and this one was a bit of a tricky order. Came out perfect and was bagged and separated with careful planning

The portabella char burger was absolutely delicious (although it had a little too much aioli) but once I removed some it was perfect !!! They also have the best onion rings in town!!!

Normally consistently good todays order was missing our kids shake and the impossible burger patty was beef luckily that person will also eat meat

Pros: Clean. Burger was good and hot. Staff seem happy and nice. Cons: Fried food is cooked before the burgers and left to sit on the tray while the burgers are cooked, so the frits, onion rings and tempura green beans are served at much lower and different temperatures. When I eat 'Cache' and eat roasted treats, I prefer them served hot. Not one of three employees had tried the Ahi sandwich and could recommend it. I understand. At least the manager reacted to the cashier and said he didn't eat Tuna, but it's a popular sandwich. Bathroom got the black gunk in the corners like IHOP, but otherwise clean. That was our first visit. We will probably return.
