Starbucks - San Lorenzo

Starbucks makes coffee. I like coffee. Makes me vigilant and able to work from couch to car then. So I can hold the woman in fake diamonds and she won't go with the pool boy. To recap: Starbucks Coffee Good Home #Starbucks Saves Lives

You guys need to clean this place up. This place up. I went here to use the bathroom and I just happened to have time to observe all these layers of dirt and gum stuck to the floor. Tons of dust on the vents garbage on the floor. There were like 7 people working at the time. Why aren't some of you cleaning? Bathroom smelled like old urine. Dirt from months of not cleaning. You need to get this place professionally cleaned. I did not order anything to drink. Was tempted until I saw how dirty it was. You need to do better!!!

One of the lady barista, who is short, fat and have long curly hair, is so rude. I did order the cold drink iced Starbucks blond caramel latte, the guy took my order kept asking me four times about my order even though I showed him the picture of the drink that I wanted. Then the coffee came out was a hot one, not a cold that lady barista said so rude to me that I should say ?iced?. How about I showed the picture? The name of that coffee is come with iced, right? Actually, to give better service, they should said sorry for making the wrong one and change the new one for me, instead of saying rude to customer. Bad service and no more coming here

Nothing to give. Starbucks known as really friendly staff, but this one isn?t one of them. Giggling around while customers ask for their drinks. Take almost an hour. And guess what my ordered was mobile. Imagine if I walked how long am I gonna take. If anyone rushing to work don?t ever stop by this location. Go to the one next to target way better staff. Fast and friendly. To barista : if you don like your job, you should quit ????

2nd time doing mobile app at this location. If I would have did a review a day before this morning it could have been 5 stars. My perspective is that working under demanding pressure effects the overall quality of service including production. That is to say the previous morning was not busy as today. Like I mentioned to the staff time is money. And by not being prepared effected my income as I rely on fast past service through mobile apps to have the luxury of quick and quality service. I particularly choose this location because of the fluke stop from the previous money. The most disappointing part was the hefty tip in advanced I applied to my order. Extremely disappointed today. But I?ll have to be desperate for my morning fix if I choose this location again. Anyways I do appreciate that staff service regardless of this disappointing encounter. Thanks for listening.
