Carl's Jr. - San Juan Capistrano

The food was made fresh, easy to customize the order. The only issue is during peak hours there is alot of traffic to get into the parking lot. The person that took my order was friendly

I just went through the drive thru in San Juan and finished my meal. I ordered the western bacon cheeseburger combo. The whole burger was so fresh and moist. I have never had a better burger at Carls in about 20 years. It reminded me of how they used to taste when people cared about their jobs and what they served people. The man at the drive thru was great and you could tell he took pride in his job. Whatever the change is today, you rocked it. The next time I’m going to try the normally rubbery chicken sandwich and will keep you posted.

The manager consistently excels at keeping everything running smoothly. The food is always delicious and served hot.

There were no other restaurants within walking distance of the Marriott that were open after 10:00 pm. The staff at this place were friendly and eager to assist. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot!

I ordered the southwest chicken sandwich, and it was quite saucy. The regular fries were good, but the crinkle-cut fries were a bit oily.
