from touristic view this place is a 10/10 spend per night here type a bar because of its simple charm and mix of local and tourist. it is a small space with a great atmosphere in the inner, and since it hangs most people on the road / footpath with their dips and drinks. the bar station is super friendly and the fish tacos are excellent (and bigger than we expected). Fish tacos and spicy crab tacos are worth the trip to Pa'l West. I ordered the house drink, playa susia I believe it's called. Gin based with tamarind. Very tasty. Cost was $20, but no receipt. I gave my card to the bartender and that was what he told me. I'm pretty sure he was an honest guy.
Great bar. delicious food and drinks. bartenders are friendly and make sure they take care of themselves well. try the bacon balls.
Do you want to feel like hanging with the locals? this place was for me. quaint bar without ruffles. large selection of local beers from the island as well as an extensive menu of tapas. I have tried the crab filled pastelolias and they were krabby! saw on the terrace and enjoyed watching the people.
Hidden neighborhood gem located of the popular Calle Loiza. Besides a welcoming neighborhood dive bar find the place really shines with their food. They serve everything from fish tacos to empenadas to bacon cheese balls. Make sure you check out their hot sauce collection.
Great local spot to grab a beer and tacos, hidden gem with super cool people and even better music, stop in for a beer end up making friends....
