Extremely arrogant customer service. Called 3 different stores of them to order delivery service. The first one didn't offer it currently, the second one told me that they are full of orders (no need to earn extra money? and the last one responded in an extremely bossy and arrogant way telling me to not call them for delivery orders for my neighborhood (that is 10min away from their store . The best restaurant of this chain. If you want to go for the best sushi in Costa Rica, go to Matsuri, Plaza Antares
Over the years it maintains the same good quality and excellent taste.
Good service, the quality of the ingredients is not the best despite the high price, that is an aspect that can improve.
