Pros: Good food, very nice set up, and very clean. I enjoy going there very frequently, especially for their smoked mozzarella. Great beer and alcohol selection as well!Cons: One employee never wears her mask properly (it should tightly fit over the nose, not hanging loose) and the store is overall pricey compared to elsewhere. What C D doesn't like about Zanotto's Fruitdale Station Market:
Not a fan of this store. Unfriendly employees who don’t recognize a customer standing in front of them because they’re too busy talking to one another. No masks worn, store is very small and as such, has limited stock. More of a convenience store with narrow aisles with a deli. Was there when someone from headquarters was inspecting the store and still, no one was friendly or helpful. View all feedback.
I like the sandwiches from the deli counter, however their service is majorly sucking right now!!! I placed a order through DoorDash and it said pick would be 15 mins, once the order was placed they switched the time to over an hour! I show up before I get the message at the time it said it would be ready and it's ready but it's f--king cold and soggy when it was a hot sandwich! If you can't f--king deliver when you originally said the order would be ready, Don't f--king take the order!!! This is not the first time this has happened, it's about 4 times now...I guess I'm the idiot that keeps giving them the benefit of the doubt, no more!
The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly! My favorite dishes here are their homemade guacamole, salad bar, ravioli, and other delicious options. I always try something new for lunch and everything I've had has been very tasty. Thank you!
Located in Southwest, this charming little market is a great spot for grab-and-go options and a well-kept salad bar. While the groceries can be on the pricey side, the prepackaged meals like sushi, sandwiches, and burritos are all delicious. The selection of produce, meats, and deli cheeses is impressive, and the checkers are always friendly. Parking can be a bit tricky, but overall, it's a convenient spot. Unfortunately, the staff at the deli section can be rude, making ordering a sandwich or salad a less pleasant experience.

The absolute best grocery store in the entire valley! Family owned and operated, by some of the nicest people in the world! You absolutely can’t go wrong with the nachos!
