Not one thing is disappointing. The double bacon avocado club burger is perfect, 2 amazing patties, excellent boiled bacon and patty, perfectly ripe avocado, several slices of juicy tomatoes and a crisp piece of salad to round it off. Smash-Fries with rosemary are great. Oh, and the salted caramel milkshake is amazing. View all feedback.

Used to come here a lot back in the day as their burgers are really good, however their service is avg at best. Many a times the soda machine is out of ice or closed down early so the staff can leave soon. Also in my last 3 visits the cashier has straight up told me the wait is going to be 25-30mins, hoping I just leave and they don’t get another order, this while they have just 2-3 customers in the entire restaurant... The food was so bad that I got sick at work twice after eating a cheeseburger at this place. My favorite spot, SmokeEaters, is closed so I decided to try this place instead. The staff at the checkout were friendly and helpful, so they get 5 stars, but the food was terrible. The cheeseburger was mediocre at best, but the onion rings were just awful. They were too salty, oily, and not crispy at all. My colleagues also didn't enjoy their meals. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Unfortunately, I must update this review accurately if I ever reach the coveted top spot on YELP for this restaurant. The issues I encountered during my visit are not isolated incidents, but rather ongoing problems that have not been addressed. Despite my previous rating of 4 stars, serving undercooked meat should warrant only 1 star. It is disappointing because I used to rave about this burger joint, but now I doubt I will return. The food is good, but the service needs improvement. The management seems to prioritize promotions over addressing customer service issues, leading to long lines and a lack of solutions for problems. I offered suggestions that were ignored in favor of excuses. In the end, don't come here for promotions, as you will likely be disappointed. The manager's only solution was to email the company, leaving me waiting for a solution that never came.
A woman and her children stopped by for lunch at this bustling restaurant. Despite the crowds, they were able to find outdoor seating. There were plenty of options to choose from on the menu, including a variety of burgers and fries that they enjoyed but didn't get a chance to snap a picture of. Overall, they had a positive experience and plan to return in the future.
Too bad this is the only location in SJ that is not the airport. Insert my online order at 12:43 during lunchtime and even at 12:55 with staff. They called out all orders next to me and when I asked 30 minutes later, I found out that it was waiting on a shelf and nobody bothered to call out my order. The food was cold when I even touched it. And one of them was on the phone. I'm sorry, but I can't come back to this place after this experience. I'd rather go to Habit. What is the point of online order in advance when this happens. Can't even give an honest review of the food as it's cold.
