I like the food here, but at this location, service sux. Better get your order in when you can cause your waiter is never gonna return. Also when arriving, twice we were seated and waited a good 10-15 minutes before anyone came and talked to us. Endless/bottomless fries, nope. My fries ended and no more. Waited with no fries and empty glasses for 15ish minutes and just decided to leave. We're blacklisting this location. Shame, cause when you get food, it's good. No complaints there.

Service staff: 15/10. Each member works incredibly hard to keep the place running smoothly. Remember, they didn’t cook your food—who did? Obviously, Chef: 6.5/10. They don’t seem to pay much attention, but it could be because it's Friday. As for the manager… ??? I never saw any presence, but perhaps that's a good thing. This review is somewhat unbalanced, as it focuses more on the food issues than the service. If the waitstaff weren’t so excellent, I would have given a one-star review without hesitation. I visited with a friend, who ordered their burger rare, and I requested mine well done (as I experience nausea from medium or rare). Five minutes after the burgers arrived, I started feeling a bit nauseous. My friend noticed not only that our burgers had been swapped (they received mine, which was well done), but also that my Southern Charm burger was missing BBQ sauce. Honestly, the mix-up prompted this review mainly because I found the food undercooked. For most people, eating a rare burger might be fine, but it would likely have caused immediate vomiting for me. Thankfully, I only had about a third of it. Again, this isn’t the fault of the waitstaff, who checked my order carefully. Perhaps the chef was just worn out since it's Friday. Thank you to all the hardworking staff for taking the time to ensure a pleasant experience!

First of all, I have to admit I have a bias because I visit this place frequently. I've never had to wait long, and it's always easy to get ready to order. I'm a huge fan of their milkshakes since not many places these days make shakes that actually taste good. Their chicken tenders are excellent, and the endless fries and Yukon chips are fantastic. While the pizza is just average, their fish sticks and mozzarella sticks are outstanding! I’ll definitely continue to be a loyal customer.
