I tried the new chicken sandwich and it was delicious! Although it is a bit pricey, especially compared to a similar option at a nearby restaurant that is much cheaper, there are notable differences. The sandwich is served on a brioche bun with Parmesan chips inside, and the sauce really ties everything together. It is presented in a square box and can be selected as part of a pick 2 meal option. If you ask for extra suace on a sandwich you'll receive less than the standard amount. I've tried giving this Panera another chance but both time it's happened so won't be coming to this location anymore. I would feel bad for people who oay for double meat.
Good place, love flat pizza, although my favorite *you pick two* got me little soup and salad for $14. Not worth it.

Today is my first and last trip to this store. I ordered Pick 2 Tuna and soup. After going back to office with the first bite, it's chicken. I guess they can serve whatever they see fit.
The food is good, but the quality assurance is always terrible here. I always have something from my order missing. This time I ordered the “you pick two” and I didn’t get my soup. Last time it was my drink. The time before that was my cookie. Jeez. I should learn by now to double check before I drive off, but that’s their job, not mine. If I’m paying for an item, I should receive it, period.
