What User doesn't like about Oasis Deli (san Jose):
Need to update the open sign on their door. It states open until 2:30. working in the building they are located in I don't go to the web to see their work hours. But they close at 2pm now. Please fix your door sign. I tried to come in again today at 1:53 7 minutes before they close to get a drink. and they door is shut again and open sign is off. The last two times I've tried to visit to get a drink. I've been unable... View all feedback.
Always great! Their menu is simple and has great combinations! Their staff is super friendly. It's one on my absolute favorite sandwich stops in town!
Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I walked in to order a sandwich after I dropped off my mom at the airport and the guy in the front didn’t even greet us. All he said was “I’m very busy just tell me what you want”. I understand that they’re understaffed but to tell that to a new customer is just extremely rude.

In the city for a quick business trip. small space with limited sides, but the torta was on point! also the prices were fair! I'll be back.
