I always love coming here for some sushi when I'm back in South San Jose. They have a variety of specialty rolls, but my go to is always the Ocean Roll. Their fish is fresh, and the service is great! The food always comes out super fast. However, I do wish the portions were slightly bigger, as I do end up leaving hungry after eating an order of any specialty roll. The prices are pretty reasonably considering it's the... View all feedback.

I was disaapointed with their nigiri deluxe today that i ordered to go for late night sushi craving. The rice wasnt fully cooked for all the nigiris...this is my goto sushi restaurant and im pretty disappointedThis is the best bang for the buck sushi restaurant in south san jose! I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the overall ambiance and the delicious food they offer. To start, we ordered the tempura veggies appetizer, and it was simply fantastic. The vegetables were perfectly crispy and flavorful, making for a delightful start to the meal. As a lover of fresh oysters, I couldn't resist trying them here, and I was blown away by how yummy they were! They were incredibly fresh and truly a highlight of the afternoon.Moving on to the main course, I opted for the chirashi and BBQ Rolls. Both dishes were packed with flavor and left me wanting more. The chirashi was a delightful assortment of fresh fish and sushi rice, beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. The BBQ Rolls were a delightful combination of flavors, and every bite was a burst of deliciousness. The service was exceptional throughout my visit. Our waiter was attentive and took great care of us, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The food arrived promptly, and we were impressed by how fast it was served. The only aspect that I found slightly disappointing was the lighting inside the restaurant. It was a bit dim, which made it slightly difficult to see the food clearly. However, this minor issue did not overshadow the overall fantastic dining experience. In conclusion, this is a great place with truly delicious food. The tempura veggies appetizer, fresh oysters, chirashi, and BBQ Rolls were all highlights of my meal. The attentive service and prompt delivery of the food added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience, although be prepared for a slightly dimly lit ambiance.

My friend and I found this little spot and went by for a lunch. It was pretty empty when we got there but soon a bunch more parties came in. It's small and cute on the inside. Our server was very nice but was a bit slow since he was the only one working. I ordered an iced green tea which was very refreshing. For my main I got the roll combo which came with miso soup, salad, and my two rolls. I picked the California roll and the spider roll. It was just enough for me and each roll was very tasty. I was tempted by a lot of things on their menu. I w definitely would be back to try more.
I was quite impressed by the presentation, quick service and helpfulness of the staff. Miso soup had a great umami flavor of shrimp stock and the beef soup was sweet and savory.Food: 5/5
I am always looking for new places to try but sushi places scare me the most, for good reason. This place was packed, so that was good news. We got sat in the very back next to an interesting couple that was/wasn't dating. I got a few familiar items and some rolls. They over loaded the rolls with tempura flakes. I am usually a fan, but the flakes over powered the roll itself. Waitresses are super friendly. Food and fish were just alright. Not the freshness nor cut thinly to perfection. I like that the seating was intimate and private. Food didn't give us the wow factor, but at least we did not get sick! Prices are decent.
