Jamba - San Jose

I give this place 5 stars because of kayla! She is such a shady and makes a great job here. I must mention, however, that there is another young lady here who always wears boots and has curly haare. she is unfriendly, does not treat any customers when she talk to her, does not react to thank and she always shortens her on her smoothie. booo! to this girl

I asked one of the ladies if I could wait outside for my order. they said they would call my name. after about 15 minutes I went back to check where my order is (the load was empty when I had ordered). So someone pulls my command out of the refrigerator and says they call my name. in the meantime, no one went out of the door to call me that I was sitting right at the entrance. the best is not even that. the dame began to discuss with other workers before I was gone. how rude is that? isn't it customer service 101 not at least discussing in its inestimacy? I am glad that there are many other similar places in the opposite.

Fast service, great location and friendly service.Jamba juice app does not , so can't get points . Not a problem with store though

I placed a mobile order so there was no wait. Great customer service too!
