Ike's Love Sandwiches - San Jose

Bill Walsh turkey and avacado is a great choice. I could only eat half; I'll save the rest for dinner. Venue is very Spartan.

Today at 1:15 pm I visited this restaurant and the employee said that in five minutes my order will be ready. I see them working in front of me very, very slowly as if they were mummies. After they completed several sandwiches slowly, it turned out that they were for someone who did not exist and did not make my sandwich even though I was waiting in front of them ... after 15 minutes I asked them where is my food? You said 5 minutes, and now it has been 15 minutes. They told me that the restaurant is crowded, so I have to wait another 15 minutes. Then I went crazy, why all this time, and why didn't you tell me from the beginning... When I started screaming, the administrator intervened and instead of apologizing and trying to fix the matter She said that the restaurant was crowded, so I left my order and left this bad restaurant... My experience is very bad and I do not advise anyone to try... I like Ike's sandwiches and I have tried many branches, but this branch is the worst ever.

Forever favorite sandwich shop! I love how fresh their toppings feel. At first I thought it was too expensive but the size of the sandwich is perfect for me to split with a friend.

Their sandwiches are great, but the delivery experience at this location was horrible. I never received my delivery and I have received no communication from them. No confirmation email, no text that it's on its way, nothing. Tried calling the store twice and the phone was picked up and then I was hung up on.

Great sandwiches, terrible service. I called today at 11:40am and they answer but don’t say anything and just leave the phone unattended. I can hear everything, the cashier lady helping people that are ordering in person, and all the background noise but they never come to the phone. They just leave the phone unhooked so that no one else can call. I hang up and try calling again but now the line is “busy” since they still left the phone unhooked. I just needed to confirm my order. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues trying to talk to someone over the phone. I need to find a new sandwich shop so that I don’t order from here anymore. It’s so frustrating.
