Today, the staff at my favorite bagel place seemed a bit unfriendly for some reason. I am giving them only four stars this time, but I will definitely review again when I come back. The breakfast bagel was amazing and it was all cooked to order, no microwave used! View all feedback.
What Terri M doesn't like about Bagel Guys:
I was pretty shocked that when I ordered a spinach bagel sandwich with egg cheese and bacon was a little over $10. Other bagel shops would cost around $6. The egg wasn't very flavorful and tasted as if they put liquid egg super thin in a pan and just layered it. There was maybe a half slice of bacon on the whole sandwich. Wa very disappointing, no flavor and too pricey. View all feedback.
The best bagels in Silicon Valley, hands down. Absolutely delicious, especially when paired with their fresh cream cheese selection.
The bagels are pretty good overall, but the bottoms lack seasoning compared to the tops.

The breakfast sandwich with the cragel was okay, about the same as some other places I've been. The insides were good but the cragel itself made me just want a regular bagel. I bought a 12 pack of bagels to test out and they were pretty bad to be honest. Kind of styrofoamy and bland. The cream cheese they make is pretty good though.I consider Noah's to be my middle ground by which I judge things (with House of Bagel being at the very top) and you have to clear the Noah's bar to get me to return and I wouldn't say this quite cleared that bar.The price is also staggeringly high. My wife and I shared a breakfast sandwich and got my youngest a plain cragel and it was almost $20.I think what I've mostly learned from this experience is that cragels are overrated and bagels are just better. It seems like a lot of people like their unique flair and it's good that they have something that clearly defines them though. A lot of breakfast places aren't remotely distinctive, so this is a kind of place where you either love it or hate it I guess.
Went in for first time. Seemed very disorganized, food was not the best, and over $10 for a single breakfast sandwich.
