Good service n food is always good and never a mistake

The cashier didn’t seem to be aware of the deal advertised… Food came out fast. Loved the Strawberry Milkshake and the person I came with enjoyed their rootbeer float. The rest of the the food was as expected…

Dropped by during the lunch rush on a Monday. I only saw three workers. One was bouncing back and forth between taking orders at the inside register and the makeshift drive-through in the parking lot, causing long waits. Another employee made food and delivered it... Again splitting her time between inside and outside customers. A 15 minute wait for mediocre food.

Food is good but the customer service isn't this was my second time returning to this location and they've messed up my order both times this time I checked my order before I left and both burgers were not what I ordered and went in to get the correct ones and she gave me attitude and was accusing me of the mistake but I showed her the picture of the add that i showed her in the first place all she did was walk away and tell the other employee to make it and it was wrong again So i gave up not returning again

Went to this location on June 9th. Horrible customer service and the food was not up to par as I've had in other locations. Cheese curds we blown out. Barely any cheese in them. And the milkshake was served very watery and warm. It was nasty. And when I asked for another shake, the man said it's just him and he's about to lose his mind. Told him to call a manager or somebody for help. Came all the way from Hawaiʻi to get disappointed.
