Good food, clean food and I like you can see a clean room. I had Tacos Al Pastor and a vampire. Good salsa. Also good horchata, made with good cinnamon, not chalky candy fabric. View all feedback.
What Clovis Collins doesn't like about Araujo's Mexican Grill El Paisa:
This restaurant has some nasty tacos. They are full of grease. It?s so nasty, and I?ll leave the picture down below I had to throw all my tacos away??? Don?t ever buy tacos from here. View all feedback.
My fav tacos in SJ, I love the grilled onion and jalapeños must try salsa bar
The food here is amazing! I love the authentic smokey taste of her Carne Asada. What I don't like is customer service. I just called her phone for 10 minutes to place an order before time, just to leave a voicemail with the person on the other line that listens to me instead of just picking up the phone. I decided to go to the place while I was waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Finally, after 10 minutes of ringing and several attempts to reach them, a lady gets the phone with a setting, but I ignore the attitude and place my order. I then do not ask for any acidic cream in which she argues with me that she does not add acid cream to my particular order, but then she recognizes incorrectly so that she extracts the acid cream. Remember, I parked in the parking lot while she now talks to me and wonder why she wouldn't pick up the phone because the restaurant was completely empty except another customer eating their food. When I went to the restaurant, I let the cashier know I was the phone order. She immediately returns to the attitude she gave me on the phone, and seemed honestly like a big loud mouth I don't like. Great food with bad customer service really deceives people from eating in a restaurant. You must either train this employee (older lady with glasses) to the right customer service skills or fire them and bring back the last cashier that was a well-trained young lady who was happy to serve customers.

Where should I start? I took 4 bites from a super Burrito and everything I got was bean meat. I have unrolled to find that all that it really had, except a single avocado slice only on one side, plus some onion tomatoes here and there (practical nothing). Where is the cheese and the sour cream? What's going on? The pastor meat was dry and tasteless. I also had a taco that was underwhelming. Not too satisfied with the food at all.
