We went there on 6/17/2023 and walked in at 9:50 pm, they close at 10. The door was open and they were making a sandwich for 1 person. We only wanted 2 sandwich... read more We went there on 6/17/2023 and walked in at 9:50 pm, they close at 10. The door was open and they were making a sandwich for 1 person. We only wanted 2 sandwiches to go nothing else. They said they that person was their last customer and wanted to clean up. They still had 10 minutes left before their posted closing hours. They were not apologetic when I stated they were still open for 10 more minutes. All the female worker said was this is our last customer. They just didnt want to serve us nor honor their operating hours. Very disappointed because we rushed there to get our food before they closed. Will be filing a complaint with corporate. If they would of said something like sorry we are closing for the night , we would of not been so upset. They could of served us quickly in 10 minutes

The staff didn't bother to follow the order as it was ordered and just did whatever they wanted to the sandwiches. And then put whatever cookies in a bag and taped it instead of the ones that were ordered. If I wanted the food made wrong I could have gotten the same result from McDonald's. ?

I received great service from Elias, who prepared my sandwich and made some great suggestions very much appreciative. I showed the barcode on my phone to Genesee apologies if name misspelled : and she was very courteous and patient such a contrast from the experience I received from the Subway Restaurant on Sanderson Ave., across from LA Fitness (different review). Anyhow, the barcode was not scanning correctly and she simply suggested I increase the brightness on the phone. Well, wouldn't you know it, that worked! Yay, I was able to get my sandwich and I left a satisfied customer. I am so glad I wasn't turned off by the other staff's treatment and I decided I would give it another try. I'm go glad that these two terrific were working at this location. Thanks again Genesee and Elias for your awesome customer service!
