Il Chiosco Rosso

For those few days we were in lorica, this kiosk became a habit. He did some aperitifs with local stuff. We were so happy. Congratulations!

Yesterday after a day on the skis, tired but happy we stopped at this kiosk located right on the main road. in the village the atmosphere had clearly changed compared to the morning, so many tourists and many open activities. in the evening almost everyone was closing and the great crowd disappeared. we stopped in this small but very nice place and the boys visibly tired from the hard day, but super nice made us really feel at home. My husband and I got a great sandwich with sausage and caciocavallo and to close in beauty hot and flat ponches entangled, typical sweet of the place, grade 10, to the next.

Is a reference point to lorica where you can stay for a lunch break or even for a simple coffee. I had the opportunity to participate in a snow trekking with the friendly, kind and helpful guides noemi and antonio. beautiful route proposed with stretches off the path. to the red kiosk you can rent ski equipment and trekking. Friendly welcome with welcome coffee and thermal bottle with red kiosk logo. excellent also the degotation of craft beers accompanied by tastes of typical products. Super friendly staff. recommended!

Abbiamo fatto una ciaspolata lungo un percorso particolarmente suggestivo, alla scoperta di una Sila a tratti inedita e dai panorami mozzafiato. Il tutto grazie alla nostra eccellente guida Noemi, che ha arricchito l'escursione con le sue interessanti spiegazioni circa la flora e la fauna locali. Ciliegina sulla torta, la degustazione finale con un ricco aperitivo accompagnato dagli ottimi vini di una cantina calabrese. Il fascino dei paesaggi, la professionalità e la simpatia di Noemi hanno reso il tutto indimenticabile: un'esperienza assolutamente da rifare!

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo provato gran parte dei servizi offerti dal chiosco: pranzo,noleggio e-bike, e trekking con degustazione finale. Tutti ottimi! Personale gentile, cordiale ed alla mano. Prodotti genuini ed esperienze proposte che lasciano un bellissimo ricordo a chi come noi ha soggiornato a Lorica per qualche giorno. Se ritorneremo, sicuramente andremo a ritrovare questi coraggiosi ragazzi che con tanta passione e professionalità portano avanti la loro attività. In bocca al lupo!
