I came to this place to try their packs and was not disappointed. I ordered the falafeling in love and it was delicious (and huge)! The service was great and the person who worked behind the counter was very fast to show the vegan options, and offered a sample of their bean soup. Ordered a build your own bowl on Uber Eats and they completely botched it. See photos below of what I ordered vs what I got.Also forgot the Tamarind water. Waste of money, waste of time. Updated to 3 stars because their team reached out immediately offering a free bowl and drink. My friend who I gave the bowl to said it was pretty good too. View all feedback.
Beautiful beach town eatery with indoor and outdoor seating.
We ate here several times while on vacation. The food was consistently outstanding and the build your own salad rocked!
I visited this restaurant in San Diego every day during my stay and even took home three vegan bowls to enjoy for the following week. The portions were generous and the flavors were exceptional. The tofu was the best I've ever tasted.
Our Green Affair team is the friendliest and most helpful when it comes to deciding between salad, bowl, or potato dishes. They always take the time to taste each person's preferences in order to recommend the perfect item. Everything is organic and fresh. Jackie, the head chef, has crafted the entire menu with the goal of having every bite feel like a burst of fireworks in your mouth. Each bite has a unique texture, spiciness, sweetness, and a story behind it. They have been open for a year and have thrived in Pacific Beach. The food is absolutely amazing. After dining at this restaurant, I have found how easy and delicious it can be to eat vegan/vegetarian. I could eat here every day. They have completely revolutionized the salad game. Their dishes are not only generous in portion size but are also incredibly delicious and visually appealing. Reviewed on 2021-05-07.
I ordered a salmon salad at the restaurant, and it was delicious. However, it was almost $20, which was a bit pricey for a salad. Additionally, they expected a tip on top of that. I don't mind tipping if it goes to the staff, but it's unclear where the tip actually goes.
