Wendy's - San Diego

My son and I stopped here to check their burgers and the pommes they were begging. my sohn has the double fleischpatty and speck and cheese. I think it was called the baconator, but I can't be sure. he has the combo and I only have a large number of riders to check how they were. his burger was big and looked very tasty, he said it was definitiw, and polished it in maybe four minutes time the pommes were worth the trip for me. they were hot from the frittier, crispy on the outside, fluffy inside and slightly salted. they were just wonderful. in my opinion, the only other place is that constantly exposes hot, crispy pommes. the prices were reasonable and the food we got in the drive was exceptional in my humble opinion. we will definitely visit again when the misties get!

I got the Spicy Chicken sandwich, medium fries and a small Frosty. The flavor and temperature of the sandwich were great, the meat was very hot, just made and the lettuce and mayo were cold. The bun was nicely toasted. Everything was very good, including the service, I went through the drive-thru.

Terrible customer service. Took my order, didn't read it back to ensure accuracy. Received something I didn't ask for and paid more for it compared to what I wanted.Manager first tried to just get me what I wanted but I was still overcharged. Was then incredibly rude when I wanted a refund.I can't stress enough how dismissive and rude the employees are here.

Don't recommend you come here. Workers are very slow to take your order. There were two people before me nobody in the drive thru. Waited fifteen min still didn't get the chance to order. So i just left. Poor service and no customer service skills at all. Never said hello or nothing

I love the app to order food and skip the line. Customer Service is also good at this location.
