The birthday boy is thoroughly enjoying his crispy sausage breakfast wrap!! I don't usually indulge in this, but hey, it's my birthday!!! I'll eat what I want, no judgments.

My friends always know when I will be going to the restaurant, and yes, I always order all of their favorite dishes.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I attempted to use the drive-thru, but was told it was closed, despite the posted operating hours indicating otherwise. I then went inside and saw the same employee talking on her headset while slowly cleaning empty tables. Despite being the only customer in sight, I was completely ignored for 6 minutes. The lack of professionalism displayed by this employee was unacceptable, and I left without receiving any food. It was a waste of my time. This employee should be replaced.

Throughout the entire lockdown, this restaurant has consistently maintained high standards. While it's Taco Bell, so you know what to expect in terms of food, they rarely make mistakes with orders, are always courteous, wear masks, offer touchless food delivery, and never forget to apply my mom's senior discount. They prioritize safety for both customers and employees. Kudos to them.
