Starbucks - San Diego

Such a lovely place, the staff are the nicest people, I go here like at least 3 times a month and sit in the outdoor seating almost everytime. Definitely recommend going here one of my favorite starbucks stores !! :

Typical Starbucks buy a little slow that's why the 4 stars

I visited this Starbucks on a hot afternoon and was in need of some water. The baristas were very hospitable, friendly, and provided excellent service promptly. They were also knowledgeable and engaged in conversation, and the store was well-maintained.

Margarita, the barista, went out of her way to help me today and I am grateful for her generosity. I mistakenly went to the wrong store, but she still offered to make my drink since it had already been paid for. I had forgotten to request it iced, so when the drink came out hot, I offered to pay for a new one. However, Margarita insisted on remaking it for me. Thanks to her exceptional service, I now prefer this location over others. Thank you to the entire staff for their wonderful service today.

This Starbucks is without a doubt the worst one I've ever been to. It's not a great way to start your day by being upset because of poor service. I used to come here before work, but they made me late. It's frustrating to see others getting their orders before you, even though you ordered first. And on top of that, their coffee is just not good. I decided to try them again on my day off, but unfortunately, the same thing happened - everything I ordered tasted awful.
