Pho Sao Bien - San Diego

I love this place. The Pho Tai Tom wasn't that great, as the shrimp tasted a bit greasy, but just plain pho tai is fantastic. The beef here is tender as all heck. I wish I got a bigger serving of meat and limes on the side per bowl (thus the 4 rather than 5 stars), but the soup flavor and quality is excellent. Oh, and a bonus, they don't put whipped cream on the Thai Iced Teas, which is great for lactose intolerant little old me who usually forgets to order things special like that.
