Contribute FeedbackI just had the Pork Belly Appetizer, and it was absolutely fantastic! The side salad was delicious as well. I ordered seasoned fries, but honestly, the Pork Belly Appetizer stole the show!
If you're at Carnitas Maximus, you have to try their Triple Threat Pork Sandwich. It's loaded with pork loin schnitzel, pulled pork, crispy bacon, and a delicious pepperoncini relish topped with Shack Aioli. Trust me, this combination is a mouthwatering experience you won't want to miss!
Delicious food! The fries are fantastic, and who doesn't love carnitas? While I do miss the North Park location, the downtown venue is absolutely amazing!
