My overall experience at this restaurant was fantastic. We visited on a Wednesday night, so it wasn't too crowded. The host greeted us at the door and our waiter was very friendly, engaging in conversation with us. I ordered the crispy chicken, which was delicious with the sauces, although I was disappointed to find out they were out of Mac and cheese. This was my first time visiting this Chili's restaurant. It was smaller than I anticipated, but it created a more intimate atmosphere, which I enjoyed. The noise level was also lower compared to other Chili's locations. I ordered my usual honey chipotle chicken crispers, which were delicious as always. The eating is simply passable, but only a waiter decided not to work in this night, so a person to man all tables. they decided to put less than the half of the tables than follow. kitchen staff brought us our food, so we really did not notice that this is missing from waiting staff or servering.
I used to work here so my views are biased.. but its been 10 years since I stopped working here and I still come back. Everyone here is really nice, they are great with their customers and the quality of the food is always up to par. Being a large chain, you should expect the same output from every location, which is definitely the case here. You know you'll get sizzling fajitas, an ice cold beer, and perfectly salty chips and salsa. This is a great place for date night, to celebrate something, or just grab a bite !

Really you can't find the time to pickup your calls?Anyway, like I said, gave up on phoning in my order and used online ordering. One of two main dishes was a never again Mango-chili chicken. It was not even warm ... actually cold in some spots, the piece of chicken was dinky and the Mexican rice side dish was about half the size it should have been. Other dish wasn't hot but it was warm. I live 2 miles from the place...at most a 10 minute drive.NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE ... !!!
Ordering online and in a restaurant pick up is quick and easy. The only thing when ordering the 2 for $25.00 there should be and option to purchase a second dessert and an option by drinks for no ice. Other than that minor thing this is a great place to eat.
They can't do it. I've been four times and they screw up the order four times. Chili's used to be good, but the staff DOES NOT CARE... THEY GAVE UP, PROBABLY BECAUSE THEIR MANAGEMENT GAVE UP. RIDICULOUS!
