Burros Fries Palm - San Diego

First time at the Palm Ave location usually I go to the Telegraph Canyon location which has consistently been high quality. Fries are not soggy, good cuts of carne asada without the chewy stuff great taste and good customer service. This time I ordered the fish taco special $2.69 and was surprised by the good portion and good taste for the price.

This place is OK. considering the venue and restaurant location, consider there are FOUR Mexican restaurants competing for business. Doesn't leave a lot of space for exclusivity- one star off.The menu is very large which is a Plus, order anything you like however the caterigzation is a little difficult to interpret when looking for Mega Burritos or specialty items .

I'm not too happy with this location. The guacamole tasted sour so my kids didn't eat their food, which was a waste of money, and my steak bowl looked watery, and I've had this bowl before and never seen it like that. I recommend the telegraph location. I've never had a problem with anything there.Food: 2/5

Man the food quality here has gone down the drain as the years pass by. I ordered a California burrito to-go and when I got home and began to eat it, and two bites in, I tasted something equivalent to sewage. I spat it out and the meat was gooey and gray. Quality control seems to have been nonexistent. Are they serving spoiled food or are they dropping it onto the floor to pick it back up to put into people's food?! It was the most disgusting experience I've ever had in terms of eating out. I wasted money on a gross burrito, it's extremely disappointing.I'm not going to come to this place ever again and based off the other reviews, no one should come here either. There's plenty of other spots around here that you can get a better burrito from. The health inspector really needs to make a surprise visit here.

I had a very pleasant experience. The Potato Taco plate was very tasty. The 2 ladies behind the counter, Wendy Z and Alejanda were very helpful and very pleasant. They made the dining atmosphere very comfortable and made you want to come back. Which I will!! Great food and great atmosphere!!
