While some praised the warm welcome, impeccable service, and delicious food, others were disappointed by the overpriced, cold, and minimal portions. Issues with reservations, slow service, and overcooked food were also reported. Despite the luxurious setting and festive decorations, some guests felt let down by the overall dining experience. Notably, exceptional service by staff members like Nadia and Vladimir stood out positively. Inconsistent quality and high prices may deter some from returning, while others appreciated the attentiveness and overall ambiance of the restaurant.
My husband and I wanted a quiet, elegant safe place to celebrate his birthday so we chose Amaya Grill since we had enjoyed many special dinners there before the pandemic. The cuisine is wonderful the service impeccable. Vladimir, our Waiter, took great care to ensure that our evening was perfect for us. He is quite special my husband I now have a wonderful memory of his birthday
A beautiful hotel with great staff. The breakfast is solid and consistent. Definitely a must try at least once
Call it Covid or whatever... the food took VERY long to get served. Filet was colder than normal, and OVERCOOKED. I did not complain simply because it is not my style. Expensive dinner for mediocre experience... the setting was nice, though
Food was good but came cold to the table and the service was very slow
This a very classy hotel. From the moment we stepped in, we felt the warm welcome. The food is good. The service is impeccable. I love the hotel interior. It was an excellent over all experience
