Casa Manolo offers the finest dining experience in San Carlos. According to friends who've lived by the coast their whole lives, it boasts the best seafood pasta they've ever tasted. In my personal opinion, the beef tenderloin, rib eye, and lamb are must-tries in San Carlos. The owners are attentive, the place is immaculate, and the attention to detail is superb. Reservations are a must on weekends due to its popularity.
We just happened upon this place and we’re so glad we did. It’s a beautiful restaurant with great views of the marina. Waitress spoke excellent English. The carmelized goat cheese salad was amazing! We had beef tenderloin and pork shank. Great portions and the meat was very tender. And can’t forget to mention the delicious margaritas!
