Wingstop - San Carlos

Interestingly, their original Recipe wings are pretty bad, and I say that as someone who really loves buffalo wings. They are all vinegar and heat and no taste. That said their other things are pretty good. The lemon puff wings are good and the plumes are actually killers for some reason.

This special Wingstop to us (My Spouse and I) is the best. Everything is deliciously crispy and saucy cooked with the best taste and served hot and with Great Customer Service.

This was my first time trying Wingstop and I ate in at the restaurant. I opted for the boneless chicken wings but was not impressed with the quality of the meat. I sampled three different sauces, some were tasty but nothing stood out as exceptional. Many people praise Wingstop so I had high expectations for my visit. Unfortunately, it was just an average meal and nothing particularly special. The person working at the counter seemed to have some communication issues and I encountered some difficulties with my order. While it is a step up from fast food chains like McDonald's, it still falls under the category of fast food. I may give Wingstop another try in the future and go for the bone-in wings next time.

The wings at this Wingstop were fresh and delicious, just like at any other location, but the service here was exceptional! All it took was two simple phrases - "I'll be right with you" and "it will be about 15 minutes" - to make the experience even better.

The staff and manager at this location are incredibly professional and nice! On a crazy Monday they kept a smile on their faces as I placed a ridiculously large order for a very high maintenance group! I will be back to support them!
