So good and Hong Kong authentic! I have been ordering regularly and it makes me miss Hong Kong! Favorites are spaghetti B20. Bolognese Sauce Baked with Cheese (MUST TRY! 芝士焗肉醬 (and add an egg on top! , French toast, chicken wings, pan fried rice rolls, cuttlefish balls, hot milk tea, and iced lemon tea. Quite amazed at how the crisp in the wings hold up despite the carryout box. Hope this business would thrive as their quality is the best in the peninula.

I was born and raise from Hong Kong for 20 yrs. I am a hardcore hk cafe fan. The B01. Baked Pork Chop with Cheese Tomato Sauce 芝士番茄汁焗豬扒 has the taste, but the rice and the meat are moist instead of dry and crispy. The B09. Chicken with Portuguese Sauce 焗葡國雞 was also not dry and crispy. It also tasted light instead of strong favor. Unless someone tells me they have improved, I probably won apos;t eat here again. There are other places that taste fine, but with better texture while it might not taste as authentic. They might have optimized for speed over quality.

This place has some ofthr most most authentic HK cafe style food in the bay. Love Bolognese Sauce Baked with Cheese; the sauce is creamy and not too tart. The Sweet Condensed Milk Peanut Butter Toast solid. Nothing fancy but it apos;s the spot as a desert.

Milk tea does not taste like it used condensed milk, which changes the entire flavor profile, but as far as milk tea goes, this was still fine.

I was really happy with the food! Lots of vegetable ingredients in the Chicken with Portuguese sauce, which is a coconut curry type of gravy. Chicken was still moist and the broccoli and carrots were al-dente. I ordered it with egg fried rice but got plain white rice but it was good nonetheless. The minced beef and egg rice was a classic HK-style Bolognese sauce and tasted good as well. The milk tea had a good strong tea flavor. Everything was packaged securely and cleanly, and I like how the drinks were wrapped up so there was no way for them to be separated from entrees. Would order from again!
