the first impression was wow. it's so good. the decor, the atmospheric lighting, the bar, the bathroom. it was perfect for date night, so romantic. drinking were good, eating well. I’ll keep this straightforward: the food was wonderful but the service was extremely disappointing. To clarify, the service wasn’t bad our food was well timed, drinks refilled, check came at a reasonable time. However, multiple members of the staff seemed bothered to be working? No greeting from our server, no small talk, fought to get extra bread with our tartare, couldn’t get our questions answered about the dishes, and everyone was very short with my guest and me. For a fine dining experience, I would expect an all inclusive experience including good service. I highly recommend the management spend some time retraining staff and focus on customer experience.
