Hands down the best Japanese restaurant we used to be in San Antonio. The appetizers were great and my pickling children loved the beef teriyaki and finished it all. The tempura was also great, the dough and sauce were authentic! They were crisp and light! The sauce, however, lacked somewhat grated daikon. The sushi were also delicious! It did not come with Wasabi or inlaid ginger, as traditionally served. Yakisoba w... View all feedback.

My family and I went to this place for dinner 08/13/22 at 2:00. We never sat. We sat for 10 minutes without our drinks ordered. The hostess came after about 12-15 minutes after we sat and said our server was with us. The server never came. After we sat for 20 minutes without any interaction with everyone except the hostess, we left. We saw many employees and what seemed to be the manager to stand around the entrance... Came with my sister, LITERALLY LOVEDD. Fast service, wonderful staff, FOOD WAS SCRUMPTIOUS. It was all I wanted. HAHAH. No, but how serious it was a wonderful experience to come here! We literally got so fast, and LEMME TELL YALL, the lemonade WAS SO DELICIOUS AND REFRESHING. Go on what you're doing! You do AMAZING. <===============
This place was very nice inside. I ordered sushi and a house salad. The waitress was very friendly and attentive and she brought out miso soup immediately upon arrival. The sushi was fresh and tasted great. All in all I came in for lunch and everything was decently priced and fresh. This place had a nice atmosphere, I might be back if I'm in the area again.

Horrible management.

We will definitely come back and try other dishes.
Let me begin by saying that I love the food. I've been going to the RGV sites for years before I go to SA. My problem is with service and special management. Starting with a previous visit to pick up a phone order and the manager who talked with me quite inappropriately because I waited in the wrong place and she had important people coming for a meeting at a table nearby. Nice, a problem, once, right? Well, in the last few weeks our orders have not made any articles or incorrect. Last to Mother's Day: ordered online, went on pickup in person, just to find out when I was home that one of the items was wrong. I called the restaurant and told them what happened. The employee seemed like she wanted to help me, then put me in the grip for a moment. She just came back on the phone to tell me that the manager was very busy and couldn't talk right now. She took my number and said the manager would call in the afternoon. Days later and still no call as expected. At this point you simply take my money and don't really worry about the result. Again, food is good, but they seem very bad administration at this point. Maybe it's time to find a better option.
