I?ve come here now on several occasions and the food does not disappoint. I?ve had the specials as well as some of the more traditional Mexican fare and it?s always incredible. Their Mexican martinis are DANGEROUS so consume with caution. I love coming here with larger groups as they are so accommodating. View all feedback.
What Carleton Jacobson doesn't like about El Jarro De Arturo:
My friend and I came to pick up our order to go. The caramel was extremely burnt, which was unacceptable for the price of $8.61. I considered returning it for a refund, but my friend wanted to keep it and eat it all. However, after taking a few bites, he was already done. We will not be coming back to this restaurant. This place is a higher endurance. the kind of place that is perfect for dressing. not too much, but rely on business travelers. buttons for men and blouses for the ladies. the overall mood of the place was delicate, low lighting for a more romantic feeling. the waiters were very polite and well maintained. Unfortunately, eating is where the experience for me and my important other deepens. the kitchen was easy to be a more elevated place. my major other said his $8 afteros were in order and followed a traditional Tex sex style. (to be a Tex Mexican restaurant, I take it as a good thing.) my teller was overloaded. I asked if I could have a beef enchilada plate with added spinat in the enchilada, what the waiter said that something he could not do - although the menu offers both bark and spinat. After talking to another waiter, he came back and said I had a teller with a spinach and a bark. eating quickly came out what was a plus, but as already said, eating was basic. the shocker came after my spouse and I ended up on some basic mathe and calculated that the waiter my plate double charged. something that should be $13, and some strange changes came out to be $21. (I'm sorry if I knew I would have said I'd forget the spinach. I just wanted the spinach to be more of a garnel, not a separate bill. do not misunderstand me, the whole atmosphere is very delightful. the only part is that I would rather have stayed at home and cooked.
Great food, service and atmosphere. Really good house margaritas, salsa wasn't overly salty nor were the delicious hard crispy chips. Highly recommend.
I forgot to take a photo of my dinner until after I started eating. Lol. I ordered the cheese chile relleno. It was the largest one I've ever had! Delish!
The bartender knows how to make a Margarita , had some of the best Margaritas I had an 1800 tequila . I had the spinach enchiladas being vegetarian which were tasty but the tomatillo and red sauce over them made them soggy , more of a creamy sauce would have made them better. Thank you
Great mole. Great service. Would have preferred an actual menu rather than the qr code.
