What Friederike Thomas doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
We work door dash and this restaurant almost never has the orders ready on time. The staff will rarely acknowledge any dasher. Most of the time, I pick up on vibes that make me feel as though my presence is a nuisance to them. View all feedback.
It was a bad experience. I went through because they were fast. But not today. One of the mangers was out to take orders, and she took two cars before she stuck on the 3rd for 20 minutes. One of the cars from the back left the line. I even ordered the app because I had so much time. I would have left the line and stood up, but my 11-month old age was asleep. She didn't care how long the line got. She just went on and talked to the same car. And then one of the employees had to come to her and let her know she was done with her line, and the manger asked her to help her with her line. It doesn't matter to wait, but if you want to let me wait because you want to throw the watch out and do it in time.
I'm always amazed at how fast the line and the service is here. It doesn't matter how long the line is, it moves pretty fast. And the chicken bugs make every waiting time worth it. The new shake is worth trying. Food: 5/5
They messed up our order and had a bad customer service. It was so ridiculous that my husband asked for a refund and returned everything back to them. I've never seen my husband stop eating. This happens during the evening period and they only have to work with customers with communication skills and train better.

I ordered through the drive through for lunch and forgot my wallet at work. The attendant Michael who took my order advised me that I can use Apple Pay. I had no idea how to use that on my phone but knew it was set up. He showed me how to pull it up and pay for my order. I love the customer service I always received there and especially today. Very thankful I didn’t have to drive all the way back to work for my wallet. The service and great food is why I will always continue to be a loyal customer.
