We’ve eaten at the Chart House in Las Vegas. There’s zero comparison. My $105 lobster was rubber on the edge requiring a steak knife and the center was raw. The rice pilaf was awful!! The lava cake had no lava. The outside was over cooked. No “lava” in the center. My husbands quail was burnt to a crisp. I only gave this 2 stars because our server tried so hard to keep up. This restaurant serves good food, service was fairly okay. The restaurant manager (may be owner) came to us to welcome us, that was really nice. The highlight is the view you get from atop the tower. Nice music from the live band was a delight. View all feedback.
