La Pizzetta Florio - San Andrés

This restaurant is a little hard when you try to reach it via Google map directions, but it was worth the search. This restaurant is operated by a genuine Italian couple from Rome, Italy. I had the Bolognese and my husband the lasagna. Wow, both delicious. The lasagna was just like I remember in Rome. The Bolognese was exactly what I wanted. The pasta cooked perfectly. The beautiful owner spoke to us in Dessert, homemade Tiramisu. His wife is only 10 a day. He said if we didn't like it, we didn't have to pay for it. Luckily it was the best Tiramisu I've had for years. Even better than some I had in Italy or NYC. The service was friendly and prompt. If you want great Italian cuisine at San Andres definitely over. It is fucked in an open shopping center, step on avienda costa rica near banco de bogata.

Although pasta could be more flavorful and pizzas could be larger, this hidden location is quite good dinner for its value.

The best italian place. Please do yourself a favor and visit this place on your stay in San Andres. It is located in a nice patio and it has a lovely place to sit outside(even when its raining). I have eaten in another “good” italian restaurant here on the Island but it was nothing compared to this one. First of all the staff is really nice and will make sure to make your dinner a great experience. Im a vegetarian and it was no problem at all to change some things(and there are enough vegetarian options) Then... the ingredients are a 10+. Its all good balanced and you can feel the passion for food. The prices are really fair, especially for the quality of the food! Excellent service done by the owner in person. Although it is true that the pace of local workers is not the fastest I have seen , the service is one of the most efficient compared to the rest of the restaurants in the island. The owners are very friendly and generous and there is a family ambient to it all. I reccomend the Spaghetti con Vongole e Cozze, delicious!
