What User doesn't like about Juan Valdez #2 Avenida Colon San Andres Isla:
coffee may be good. in service and speed the personal but all negative records - in negative sense. although far and wide no one had ordered we had to wait for an ice cream and a capuccino 15 minutes. View all feedback.
Juan valdez coffee shops in all Latin America are ideal for an excellent cup caffe on tomorrow with friends. the views of the sea of this are spectacular, and the coffee and the baked are wonderful too! this is located directly in the middle. of the largest beach in san andres island. and it is great for people to watch! many visitors on the island san andres, made from Brazil, Argentina, Chile. so that the sights are great to see. You can't go wrong with a caffe.
Good coffee, but the baked pieces lacked the taste I experienced in medellin, bogota and rio negro. I would advise that they carry out quality control.
While on the island it is a good place to have a afternoon brake to have a cake and coffee. I will recommend the chocolate cake with Campesino coffee
Was disappointed to say the least had to write this review was waiting 15 minutes for me tripple shot latte I decided to observe the staff thinking they had forgot about my coffee to my astonishment i seen my coffee was already in a jug...of around half of a litre of pre poured coffee the lady just poured freely any amount of coffee into various cups. In my large size cup to my estimate it was a mere half a shot i was still very dissatisfied with waiting almost 20 minutes for a cup of weak tasting milk i gave up.The 2 Juan Valdez shops on the Island need new staff or trained on how to make coffee as i raved last year about the quality of Juan Valdez coffee to my friends and relatives 1 year later i would never step into a Juan Valdez shop on San Adres Island again. Take note please train your staff it seems they are understaffed 2 staff one serving and one making coffee to a que of 5 or 6 people. Made four visits to this store service and coffee was way below the standard I expect from Juan Valdez.
It's basically the Colombian version of Starbucks, for better or worse. They have coffee and pastries, and the location is right next to the beach, which is nice. The staff members were friendly, and the cinnamon roll I had was tasty
