We were seated at long tables and offered goat cheese, papas arrugadas potatoes wrinkled potatoes served with their skin) which are typical for the Canary islan... read more We were seated at long tables and offered goat cheese, papas arrugadas potatoes wrinkled potatoes served with their skin) which are typical for the Canary islands and they're served with a cilantro sauce (Mojo Cilantro) and red pepper sauce (Mojo Picon) plus some bread and wine. At first I couldn't imagine what this would taste like and all were very surprised and couldn't get enough of this marvelous treat. Totally delicious!
