Best meal we've had on the road trip thru Czech, Slovakia Austria. I 2nd guessed this place because it seemed touristy. We came here because it was close to the hotel but I will def mention this place on the hotel review. SO the angus beef meal was amazing according to dining companion. I asked for the pasta w mushroom cream sauce that came w chicken but I asked them to hold the chicken. It was so freaking delicious.... View all feedback.
What Wilton Daugherty doesn't like about Cafe Costa:
A few minutes ago I went in to this restaurant in order to ask whether we could bring our dog inside. But nobody was available, nobody was welcoming me at the door. The only person that available was a heavyset guy behind the bar who...was busy on the phone, he looked at me with an obvious annoyance on his face, very rude to be honest. Very unfriendly. So I went out and we found other restaurant, which I am sure bett... View all feedback.
The service is sufficient l, not much different from what they can expect in most Austria and Germany. but eating is excellent and at a very reasonable price. my family and enjoyed it very much.
We were in search of a place that could accommodate our group of 11. We were fortunate to find Cafe Costa. The menu included a good variety. I had a steak dinner that was delicious. Each member of our group raved about their meals. We...were happy to have a selection of vegetables which was not always the case on our Bavarian vacation. Best of all was the service. Our waiter was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and spoke fluent English which made this meal one of our most relaxing and favorites of the vacation.
The Costa’s cafe was a welcome place in salzburg. excellent location with lots of competition. the atmosphere was welcoming, the decor was exactly right and the eating was excellent. agic suad, our host provided first advice advice about eating and wein. a very special meal for...us thank you.
European/local menu. eating is well cooked and very tasty. friendly and competent staff, cozy environment.
Was not too sharp, as from the outside it sees nothing special, but we were cold-hungry and thirsty, so my partner pulled me in. nothing special in the inner, everything perfectly clean and neat. when I got to the place. after a large glass gras beer then a really big carving. schnitzel is quite difficult to get right, I had a few soggy hard while traveling. this was delicate and crisp and was calf, not pork, as if he was calf. Another Weis beer meets the point and then we split a really good strudel, which can be dessert again, open to interpretation and quality. a good food and one that I did not live up due to my initial reticence.
