What Kayla Eschenbacher doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
3 of 3 orders incorrect. One was just downright not even made but I was updated that it was on its way and even delivered, but didn’t receive anything. Two were completely the wrong orders. Was told that even though I paid for delivery, I would have to come pick it up without a refund for delivery fees. Apparently they “don’t have a way to contact the delivery people” so you just have to deal with paying for something without getting anything in return. I didn’t realize Pizza Hut needed donations. It’s ridiculous.
This Pizza Hut location is going downhill fast. Preparation hasty and toppings incorrect. Pizza undercooked. The new folded pizza pocket product thing terrible. Took 75 minutes to get the order because they had no drivers and sent through a 3rd party. And I used to LOVE Pizza Hut!!
Ordered pizza at 7:00 PM. Was given 30 min. delivery time. Pizza was not delivered by 8:00 PM. Called 8:02 to follow-up they were closed.
Super nice and understanding. Kept my food hot for me and we're completely understanding that I was running late on picking it up. Definitely going to become a repeat customer at this Pizza Hut location!!!
My pizza was made exactly as I ordered. And it tasted wonderful! Drove thru the Hut Lane and picked it up right away. Update: for the second time in 2 months I ordered online and when I arrived at the location at the expected ready time, the locationwas not open. I will not be going back to this location again.
Waited 2 1/2 hours and the order was never delivered. Nobody would answer the phone! Charged my CC 8 times! $90 order. Good thing there are lots of other pizza places. The location on 2300 E and 3300 So in SLC, UT is simply a joke!
