This place is a joke worst service and honestly don't want to ever come back here! My daughter ordered online orange chicken and teriyaki she gave her all teriyaki with No teriyaki sauce and then she said they could help her because it was ordered online! What?? After receiving poor service at a neighboring Panda Express, I had a normal but pleasantly surprising experience at this location. The portion sizes were larger, the service was friendly, and when they ran out of small entrée boxes, they gave me a larger size at no extra charge. I expect good service at most fast food restaurants and this location definitely delivers. Other locations should take note.
Honestly, I can only give this restaurant 4 stars because Hector R was working the register and he was the only one who seemed happy to be at work. He was very eager to assist us and make sure we got the sauce and food we wanted. He was extremely respectful. Even though there was no one else in line, it took a few minutes for our order to be taken. Hector made sure to inform us that there would be a bit of a wait before our order could be placed.
I've never seen a panda with over 14 people behind the counter until I went to this place. This is also the only place where I have been takes over 20 minutes to get through even if I am the only person in the line and I only command what is already done. During my last visit, the person who lent me was very bad and sweared at one of the other employees. Some of the staff are cool and very professional, but many of them are not.
I honestly wish I could rate this higher... We waited for nearly 5 minutes before anyone took our order. There were at least 5-7 employees walking around doing a variety of things. I even asked if someone could plz take our order and was asked to wait ??? I then provided my medical card explaining my medical condition that requires me to be charged for a child's serving/rate. I received a child's serving size but was still charged full price ? The 2 starts is because: 1. The food was hot and fresh 2. The store was clean
