Mcdonald's - Salt Lake City

I went to the restaurant and found the staff to be professional. I didn't have to wait long for my meal, which was delicious. The French fries were a bit hard, but overall the place was clean and pleasant. I will definitely be returning. The service was excellent, although I noticed the manager handling money without washing their hands before handling food.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The food was always prepared correctly and consistently during all my visits.

During the day, this restaurant deserves 5 stars. However, my experience during the night shift on 3/12 was terrible. My burgers were all messed up and the staff seemed unorganized. They appeared to be inexperienced and distracted, which affected the quality of my food.

I placed a large drive-thru order and it was prepared quickly without any mistakes! The expectations may not be high, but this location has consistently been excellent in my experience.
